Life goes on
Coming off a rough week, and a restful weekend, in feeling good this Monday. It’s funny how moods are.
Is it my cycle? Do I have a mental health disorder? Did I eat enough food? Drink enough water? Get enough sleep? Unfortunately I don’t know which of these answers really affects my mood. All I’m left to do is guess. But that’s if I have the intention of figuring it out.
Sometimes I wonder if rather than figuring it out or just not caring … what’s the alternative?
